A Heavy Calendar. (By Telegraph—Press Association), Wellinoton, Monday. Alexander Boss, aged 62, against whom there were several previous convictions, pleaded guilty to breaking into a private house in Wellington, and stealing a quantity of wearing apparel, and was sentenced to two year'shard labour. A true bill was also returned in the case of Potter on obarges of burglary, but an adjournment was granted, and there being no other bills returned the jurors had to he dismissed till 2 p.m.
