Tho men's conduct was bad and tho accused attempted to strike witness, who thereupon arrested him. The other man he should have arrested, but was unable to take the two, Tha man was disorderly, He was not drunk but under tbe influence of liquor. By Mr Jackson; Madame Lo Brand appeared oxoited. This concluded the case, Mr Jackson submitted that there was no case to answer. The evidence of Madamo showed that she invited people to come to her house on business, The accused was not a wilful trespasser, but went on business, and after a dispute went away as quickly as possible, Tho accused was endeavouring to get a friend away. ■
