Messrs John Holmes and Co's London Market Report London, April 21,1893, Wool,—Sinco our last report the markot has been somewhat steadier and although a better tone has prevailed in tho sale room, prices continue to rule slightly under rates current at the commencement of the sales. The attendance of buyers has been large during the week, and considerable animation shown in the bidding for all classes, except, superior greasy Victorian wools, which are still much neglected and difficult of sale. Scoured wools maintain their position firmly and tho better descriptions in same cases are slightly dearer. Greasy crossbreds continue to meet with strong support without showing any change on opening values, Lambs wool is in good demand, but tho superior sorts do not fetch quite the extreme prices of last series, and faulty lots are Bomewhaj cheaper, Tho total offered to date is 201,811 bales of which 11,175 bales equal to 6'63 per cent have been bought in, TalloW was again weaker at today's public sales and out of 1800 casks offered about 600 casks found buyers at a decline of Is to 2s per cwt,
