Several new members were elected, and the following resolutions' were carried That Messrs Gundersen, Cottis and Geo. Franklin be a Ground Committee, That the Ground Committee be empowered t to get tim-'' bar and ereot a frame for a Publican's Booth. Also seats for the convenience of the public. That the Club prooure ■ a.stamp. • That tenders be called in the Waikabapa Daily Times for the ~ r different privileges. That'the right of games be left, to the Ground Committed to deal with. That Kummer, 0, flanberg, Geo. Day and P. Neilsan be judges, That Messrs G. Gundersen, Geo. Franklin and J. F. Heckler be handicappers, That Messrs P. Kiimmer, R. Carrol, W. Croxson and B. Brooks be Ball Committee. -Mr Gundersen, Geo. Franklin and F. Kuminer wei'e appointed to open tenders. The next meeting was agreed for the 17th December/' . ' ■ _ i
