|by telegraph], New Plymouth, Monday, For the past three successive Saturday nights an attempt atincendiorism has been made in New Plymouth and a formerly occupied mill set on fire, but on each occasion the outbreak was extinguished without much damage. Last night an unoccupied four* roomed cottage, tho property ot Olivet Samuel, was burned to the ground. It was an undoubted case of incendiarism. The building was not insured,
