Meeting of Committee. ir A meeting of the General Com'■T'luittco of tho Masterton Agricultural oud Pastoral Association was held yesterday in the Club hotel, tho President in the chair, The minutes of tho previous meeting were read and confirmed. Judges, Messrs J, N. and A, Williams, of Hawke's Bay, wroto, declining to act as judges. The Secretary reported having written to two other gentlemen, asking them to act in place of Messrs Williams. Accounts. Several small accounts were passed for payment, Debenture Committee, The Debenture Committee recommended that the next show be held in tho yards .of Messrs Lowes and lorns, The recommendation was adopted. New Show Ghoiisd. The Ground Committee was authorised to expend £SO oirtho new « show ground at its own discretion, ■lf- Debentukes, It was decided that the debonturc list be allowed to lapse, and that subscribers be not responsible for the debentures already taken up,

Show Committee. It was resolved to ask tbc gentlemen who bad acted as Show Committee last year to fill tbe same office for the forthcoming sbow. Horse Pabade. A committee consisting ot the President, Mr Guild and tbe Secretary, was appointed to arrange with Mr Lowes for the holding of tbe Stallion parade at bis yards. Tbe date for tbe parade was subsequently fixed for Wednesday, September 21st, at 8 p.m,
