MASONIC.
The Amml Ball.
The annual ball in connection with the Masterton Masonic Lodge was held in the Drill Hall last (Wednesday) night, the Attendance being large and tho cohering altogether most successful. The lull was tastefully decorated with oeigicens, and f emblems, and presented a vory pleasing appearance. Visitors wero present from Carterton, Gieytown, Eketahuna and other parts of iho district. Tim music was supplied by Herr von Keisenberg's full siring band, and was as usual excellent, n lengthy programme being danced through wilh spirit. Relreslmionts were supplied by Mr Wickens in his usual style. Everyoiiepresontseeined to thoroughly enjoy the affair, which broke up about three o'clock this morning. Every credit is due to Mr C. A. Pownall, the Sectetary, and an energetic committee, who were indefatigable in their efforts to make the Musterton Masonic Ball of 1892 what it really was, a thorough success.
