Mr Cleveland Condemns the Tariff. . -

Washington, July 21. Mr Grover Cleveland, the Demooratio nominee for the Presidentship, considers (hat the United Status tariff is unjustly building up fortunes, by robbing the farmers and increasing the cost of living to nrtisana. This he declares to be unpatriotic. A Committee of Congress reports that since the M'Kiuley tariff oame into force articles of consumption in daily life have been sold over three per cent, lower, while products have averaged eighteen per cent, higher prices, and wages are Beventy-seven per cent, above the British standard.
