The new Act alters the number of members of Committees, There are to be five in a district where the average attendance for the year 1891 was not higher than twenty-seven, and nine where tho attendance was higher than 200, In other cases the number (seven) is retained, Although nominations may be made up to the 18th and published on the 19th, it will be equally lawful to nominate at the meeting on the 25th.
