Ti Welti's Bankruptcy.
New Plymouth, Sept. 17., Te Whiti's bankruptcy came up this morning in Court, when Mr Samuel, solicitor for the Official Assign ee, said that Te Whiti had set tha law at defiance. He had communis cated nltfe--:!-? but received the repiytßal flovßffi*— f ment was not justified in interfering in the matter. Mr Samuel Boid if the Deputy Assignee enforced the law he would-have to do it at hta own ex* pense, Rocwtion of Bishop Crriaii.
Chmstchoboh, September 17/ Bishop Grimes' reception bj the Catholics from all parts of Canterbury was very cordial.
