[By Telegraph.] Drowned ia the Harbour. Wellington, Wednesday. The body of a man earned R.M&theson, a farmer residing near Marton, was found floating in the harbour off Thorndon Esplanade this morning. The deceased was about 45 years ot age, and had been in town interviewing the Commissioner of Crown Lands re titles to land. As he had correspon* dence of yesterday's date in his pocket, he could only have got inlftftohight. Nothing is known of how the deceased-*"""* came to be in the water.
