News of a disturbing character has been received as to the condition of affairs in Corea. It is asserted Russian influence has succeeded in overturning both local factions which were contending for supremacy, a»d it is commonly rumoured Great Britain, Japan, and China are combining to defeat the Russian plans. The Chinese fleet is mustering, and war is predicted between Russia and China.
