Among other alterations in the law, a trustee is allowed to provide for the maintenance and education of child ren out of the estate, and he may also invest trust funds in the Australian Government securities, and eertain other securities in New Zealand, He may also carry on the business of the deceased so long as may be necessary, and companies authorised by law may act as trustees.
