MASTERTON—TUESDAY. (Before John Gardiner, Esq., J.P.) FAILING TO SDPPOBT. Senn Disher, for failing to obey an order of the Court to contribute towards the support of his child, was farther remanded till to-morrow. PBTrY LABCENT. Caroline Neill, a well-kncwn character of Maßterton, who appeared in the box with her head in her hands, overcome with emotion, and shedding tears of repentance, pleaded guilty to a charge of having stolen one book, two paper weights, and one picture, of the value of nine shillings, the property of Mr F. Simeon, stationer, of Queen-street. Sergeant tlannan: As this is only one of a series of larcenies committed by the accused, her house being literally full of stolen goods, I must ask for a remand for three days to enable me to find the owners t>f the articles. > The .Bench granted the remand, and the accused was transferred to the cells.
