Handicap Hurdle Rack, of 35 sovs, second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes; 2 miles ; over 8 flights of hurdles, 3ft Gin high. The winner of any Handicap Hurdle Race of the advertised value of 20 sovs or over after declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. Nomination 15s ; acceptance 20s. To start at 11.35 a.m. 3. Maiden Piate, of 30 sovs, 'second horse to receive 5 sovs from the stakes . 1£ miles; weight for age. Entrance, 80s, on day of general entries. To start at 12,30 p.m 4. Selling Pace, of 15 sovs. The winner to be sold for 15 sovs ; 1 mile; top weight 9st, 71b to allowed for every £5 oft selling price. Any surplus to be divided between the 2nd horse and the club. Entrance, 15s ; on day of general entries. To Btart at 1.20 p.m. 5. Woodville Jockey Club Handi.c> p, of 65 sovs ; second horse to receive iO, and third 5 soys from the stakes ; If miles. The winner of any race of the advertised* value of 40 sovs or over alter the declaration of weights to carry 101b penalty, and the winner of .any race of the advertised value of from 20 to 40 sovs after the declaration of weights to carry 71b penalty. To start at 4 p.m. Nominations for Maiden Handicap Hurdles, Handicap Hurdles, "Woodyille Jockey Club Handicap, Members Race, Flying Handicap, and High Weight Handicap, close with tho Secretary at Woodville, ft 9 p.m, on SATURDAY, the 28th February, 1891. Weights declared on Saturday, the 14th March, 1891.

Acceptances and general entries close with the Secretary at Woodvillo, at 9 p.m. on Saturday, the 21st- ITarch, 1891. CONDITIONS. 1. Metropolitan Raoing Jttuieß will be strictly adhered to. 2. All races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. 3. " Hacks " shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake xceeding the value of 40sovs at time of tart (hack races excepted), and that ars nut nominated for a Derby, Guineas, 3t Leger, or Sapling Stakes, at time of start. 4. District horses must be in the district on or before the Ist of February, 1891, and must not be out of the distriot for more than one consecutive week from that date to Ist of April, 1891. 5. No entry will be received for any race except on conditions that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards, or whom they may appoint, and their decision shall be final, 6. No nominations will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances must be given. 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing oolours, which must be] given at time of entry. 9. Five per oent will be deducted, takes.
