No nomination or acceptance will be received after the advertised time of closing under any pretence whatever, or unless accompanied by the necessary amounts. 3. In all nominations for Handicaps the name, age at the time of entry, pedigree, color, sex, and previous performances of the horse, and colors «f rider must be givon. 4. A Haok shall bo a, horse that has never started for other than Haok Races and is not at the date of mooting nominated for other than flack Raoes. Special attention is required to Rule 8. Should any question arise as to the qualification of any Haok winning at this meeting the stakes may be withheld until the Stewards are satisfied. W.
