Messrs J. W. A. Marchant and W. A. Fitzherbert, Commissioners of the Wellington Waste Lands Board, arrived in Masterton to-day, and hoar applcatioos for reductions under the Ro-Valuation Act in the County Council Chambors this afternoon.
