Notwithstanding bis deposition, tbe Emperor Dom Pedro retains his place on the civil list.
The deposed Emperor Dom Pedro, with his firmly, has sailed tor Europe. The members of the Cabinet have declared their willingness to resign, in order to make room for the leaders of tho Liberals and the Unionists 111 tne Government.

The leaders of tbe revolt were General Foiiesca, who was disgraced some two years ago for attempting to occa. sion a riot, and a malcontent I'rench journalia'. During the disturbance the Imperial family were imprisoned in the metropolis until they left for Europe.
Brazilian stocks only fell two pei cent in London on receipt of the new: of the revolt.
