MASTERTON.-THUKSDAL (Before His Honor Judge Robinson.) In the case Official Assignee v Eose Kiug, judgment was reserved, Official Assigneo v Charles Wyafct. An order was made for defendant to give up a certain horse the property of tho bankrupt estate of Edwin King, of Carterton, defendant to pay all costs, FRIDAY. His Honor gavo his decision on the application of the Oflicial Assignee to compel Mary Ann Polling to deliver up a certain piano alleged to belong to the creditors in the estate, The order was refused, His Honor holding that the life policy out of whioh tho article was purchased was not in favor of Mrs Polling alone but that the children participated, and that at the time of her bankruptcy she held the piano in trust for the children.

' Mr Pownall applied for costs, whioh were refused as it was defendant's fault that the position of affairs was not disclosed at an earlier stage. Official Assignee v. W. H. Wilton, Mr' Bunny for Oflicial Assignee, Mr Beard for defendant.
