A COSTLY DISPUTE.
Auckland, July 11. The dispulo between the Auckland Harbor Board, -and Mr P. Lannigan, contractor for the Calliope Dock, was again before the Supreme Court to-day, when it was moved, on behalf of Mr Lannigan, that the previous order of the Court he rescinded, that arbitrators be appointed, and that costs bo paid by the Harbor Board. Judge Gillies reserved his decision
