In tho House of Representatives the following Bills were read a first time; A Bill to further amend tho Dog Registration Act, 1880, the Bush-firing Bill, (he Bible in Schools Bill. The Post Office Bill, and tho Patents Bill wore read a second time. A discussion on the second reading of the Bepresentation Bill occupied the greater part of the evening sitting and was ultimately adjourned till Tuesday, as also the debate on the Otago Central Railway Bill,
