Dunedin, May 2, . The oldest Masonic Lodge in the district, the Otago Lodge, E. 0., passed a unanimous resolution last night that it was desirable that;-8 Grand Lodge for New Zealand 'be constituted, and appointed Messrs William De Eenzy, JJr Fitohett, Barth, Rev Donaldson, and McGregor as delegates to' the convention in Wellington during next session of Parliament, to arrange a basis of the unuu to proclaim-a Grand Lodge and eleot the first Grand Master. ■ .
