Tisiabu, Friday. A case arising out of the rapid rise in the price of wheat at the olose of last year occupied the Supreme Court all yesterday.' An Asbburton farmer placed 1200 sacks in the hands of a commission agent, to sell, and he sold at 4s.' A 'few days later wheat "rose to 4s Od. The farmer deolared he had revoked the authority and sold again, aiid brought an action for wrongful conversion with damages for tjie difference in the pric and interest and£2B paid compensation to the direct buyer /or the . loss of his bargain. The jury found-that plaintiff did not rovoke the authority 'and 'a"verdict'' ftii! defendant was given. :
