Melbouhne, January 80, Twelve of the witnesses who gaye evidence for the defence in the case of tho man Cutler, who was acquitted of the charge of killing a Chinaman in Little Bourke-streefc by jumping on his chest, have been arrested on the accusation of perjury. Cutler has also been re-arrested,

Mr Allpress, accountant of the Commercial Bank, Collingwood, is missing. It has been ascertained that £7OOO in, notes and gold have been stolen from the safe.
