Receiving Box for Telegrams.
(To the Editor) Sin,—Will you allow me to inform " Upper Plain " through the medium of your columns that " telegrams for transmission" maybe posted free of postago at any post office. All telegrams fiO posted are placed in our hands immediately our office opens. I may also add that this telegraph office is open to the public from 7 to 8 p.m. " Upper Plain's" demand thatfacilities for lodging telegrams "in the early morning between 7 and 8 p.m," appears to me to be intended as a conundrum ; the solution I shall leave to your readers. I am, &e., G. M. Park, Telegraphist.
