THE CRISIS IN EUROPE.
London, December 16. The article: in the Invalide Russe upon the political situation-in Europe lias oroated uneasiness- in Germany and Austria, and tkelluugarian Press vigorously demands that the Austrian Government should at onco adopt precautionary measures for the safety of the Empire. The semi-official Journal de St. Peterburg, while endorsing the view of the situation taken by the Invalide Russe, expresses the belief that the peace of Europe is long assured—thanks to the good relations existing between Russia and her neighbors.
