MASTERTON-MOISDAY (Bofore S. Von Summit, R.M.) ■ DUUNK, Charles Robeck was fitted 5s for being drunk in the public street on Saturday last. FOUL CHIMNEY. Vincent Hooper, for allowing a chimney to become foul was fined 5s and 2s costs. CIVIL CABKS, Judgment wa3 giveu for plaintiffs in the following cases with costs ;—\V. Perry v W. W. McCardle, claim for dishonored promissory and coats 28s, Angus Frasor and James Wqod, claim, £4 9s, and costs 6s; James Hourigan v Hugh Mawhinay, claim £3 9s, and costs sa. (Defendant was allowed fourteen days to make arrangements with plaintiff.
