Messrs Lowes & lorns report a vory extensive salo at Mr A. Bikini 1 farm, Makora yesterday; The attendance was large, and bidding throughout Was brisk, showing their appreciation of ohoico and' well-bred stocK. Cows ranged .from £5 to £(i os; horses from £5 to £8 15b ; pi«s, very small, ss, to 45s for largo ; fowls from 8s to 30s per pair; ducks, 15a to 2U per pair; pigeons, 4a to 10a per pair. A host of small sundries woro ak) sold at good prices. Freoraan R. Jackson and Co., roport of their Johnsonville stock sale as follows:—Fat cattle were ontered in the usual numbers with no alteration iu valua to report. Shocp wer.c of better worth, and fat lambs sold well. Pigs were iu largo supply aud sold at last sale's prices, Quotations are—Oattlo—Bullockß, from £5 Rsto £717«6d; cows, £3 16s to £3 17s (kl. Sheep-Fat wethers, 0s Od to lis 6d ; fat lambs, Ca lOd to 8s Id. Pigs —Baconers, 28s to 33s ; porkors, 10s 'to 16s; small pige, lis lid to in (sd, Calves* Vealcalvos, 2h to 81s each. •'
