The Chairman':broueht up the report ■of;the conference with tho Masterton .1 Board, and moved the' adoption of the samo.. The report stated that the deputation had ultimately;agreed to pay the Masterton Board the sum of £UBs 6d, - being their share of overdraft on lat May last, and to receive from Masterton Road Board £l3 6s fid i: being the unexpended v balanceof deforced payment thirds. The motion was seconded )>y Mr GJmdersen and earriod. • . f
Tho Treasurer reported a credit balance of £ls 4s 7d, and'aocounts amounting to £ls 8s 5d were passed for payment. The meeting.thon adjourned.
