CARTERTON-TUESDAY. Before H. A, Stratford, Esq., R,M. William Greoks and Arthur Greeks, two littlo hoys with stealing a pumpkin value 3s (id, the property of Thomas Mudgway. The thjeft was proved by two witness.es who saw the transaction, one of the boys getting over the garden fenoo, and handing to the other. Tho father of the hoys stated that he could do nothing with them. His Worship convicted the boys, and ordered them to be sent to Buriiham Industrial School until each should attain the age of 15 years. John Knowles v Thomas Lyons. Debt £9. Ids. Judgment by default for amount and costs. C. Fairbrother v Thoß A. Lyons. Debt £25. Judgment by default for amount and costs.
