WEDDING AT GREYTOWN.
Yesterday, any person visiting the usualy quiet town of Greytown would havo been astonished to see'such anumborof people wending their way along Main Street, and could only come to tho conclusion that it meant a National Thanksgiving, or what it was, a wedding. The church at 11 o'clock was crowded to its utmost capacity, and the bridegroom, Mr John Knight, had to stand the battery of many eyes for a considerable time before the bride, Miss Emily Fuller, eldest daughter of Mr John Fuller of Greytown, put in an appearance. She was escorted by her father, and attended by six bridesmaids, her sisters, and two train-bearers or pages, two very small brothers, Mr John Wmteringham acted as best man, The dress.of the bride was superb, but, foi description we must refer the reader to some lady friend who was present. The bridesmaids were also faultlessly attiredin very handsome dresses. Ab booh as the brido arrived at the Church the choir sang a hymn suitable for the occasion. The Rev. Mr Bachelor assisted by Mr Porrit performed the coremony, after which, and while in tho vestry, Mrs Knell played Mendelsson's Wedding March. The appearance of the bride and bridegroom at the church door was the signal for a regular Bhower of rice, and the friends also came in for a plentiful supply. After tho usual breakfast the happy pair proceeded by train on their wedding tour. Bride: Cream brocaded satin, lace front, looped with orange blossoms and myrtle, Tulle veil with emhroidercd corners. | Panes: Master Stacey Fuller, ah officer in navy blue velvet, trimmed with gold braid, and cream lace and cap to match, Master Edward Fuller, Scottish chief in Highland costume, 1 composed of the Lome Tartan, with black velvet coat and Glengarry cap. Bridesmaids: Misses Fanny and Alice Fuller; dresses of Heliotrops Nun's veiling, trimniedl with cream lace, and hats of cream. Miss Victoria Fuller and MissDownes, dresses of cream sateen, with bows of Cardinal ribbon, and hats to match, Misses Olive and Maud Fuller, dresses of pink diaper, trimmed with cream lace, and Taiu O'Shanter caps to match, Tho brido received many handsome presents from various friends.
