The members ot the new Ministry were sworn in this afternoon. Parliament will adjourn after meeting tomorrow, to enable Ministers to formulate a policy. •
Cairo, June IS. Received June 17, 1 a.m.—ln view of the advance against Dongola of the rebel army, the Government have ordered that measures shall at once be taken to facilitate the rotreat from the town of tlio garrison and inhabitants. :' ;i.' s v, ; ;June'l6. 'Received June'l7,' TWrn.—The members : of the New! Zealand football team were entertained at a complimentary dinner this evening at the Metropolitan Hotel by the Southern Rugby Union of New South Wales, The Hon. Edmund Barton, the Speaker, occupied the chair. Seventy-five persons were present, and accorded the visitors a most enthusiastic welcome. The team will sail for New Zealand to-morrow.
