MEETING OF CREDITORS.
W. T, Robins, ■ ■ Mr W, Rapp, of Rapp and Haro was appointed Chairman. Mr Morison for debtor, Liabilities, £lls 12s 6d; assets, £3OO, house and land mortgaged to the Wairarapa Permanent Investment Society for £2OO. The largest creditor was Mr W. Perry, £4O. '' Mr Perry asked the debtor what money he had earned for the last nine months and how expended 1 The debtor stated he had done very little work, and had been under the' doctor's hands some time, ' Had received £SO on a contract for Mr Hare about six months ago, and his salary for cleaning and lighting the church. Had paid away the money as soon as he had received it, The creditors expressed great dissatisfaction with the prospects of the estate, and bkmed the debtor for tiling his schedule when none of his creditors were pressing him, and all had faith in his honesty and intention to pay when he could. Mr W, Sellar was appointed creditors' trustee.
