TAUERU-TINUI ROAD.
We have been handed tho following letter for publication;—
To Chairman County Council. Dear Sir—The main road between .Taueru and Tinui is out of repair. Will you kindly use your influence with the Board to- supply myself and drivers (five in all) with long handle shovels and picks to fill up holes and dig ourselves out. As we often get bogged, it is very inconvenient to be without tools, and as the Board does not trouble themselves about the road so far, they may be liberal enough, with your influence, to lend us tools to do it ourselves, By complying with the above request I shall consider myself for ever indebted to you. .
