The breadstuff's and tallow markets are without quotable change, . At to-day's wool sale, 11,900 bales were offered. The market is steady, but the demand is not active. ■' J Septembor 6. • Prjnce Albert Victor, the eldest son of the Prince of: Wales, was invested yesterday with the Order of the Gartor.
