The deputation whioh waited upon the County Council last Saturday re dog registration did not gain much beyond.an assurance that if possible tho foe would be reduced next year, As far hb wo can judge the preliminary expenses of initiatory registration having been provided for in this year's tax, a fee of sixpence next year will bo ample.
