The Treasury minutes published in Dublin gives occupiers the same facilities for land improvement as enjoyed by landowners. The Dublin Corporation has conferred the freedom of the City on Parnell by thirty-nine against twenty-three votes. The Corporation of Cork has conferred the freedom of that city upon Dillon, only twenty-one out of fifty-six members of the Council attending.
