The Larder Estate, at the base of the Deniston ranges was first submitted, and re-leased at three times the assessment; £lO bids only were taken, the annual rental being L 2416, Dalgetty's run was ro-leased by flpenoer, at an. in-
oreaso of 8Q per cent, on the upset rental, Subdivision of run 224 was purchased by F, G. Dodgaon, at an increase of CO per cent, over the upset rental, and subdivision 222 to same purchaser at an increase of 82 per cent.
