UNITED-PRESS AOENOY. Welllnoton, this day. It is now definitely decided that the Commission to investigate Volunteer claims will consist of Messrs Fulton and Bunny, and Colonel Haultain. It is understood that the former gentleman will act as Chairman. The Commission is not yet simifld, but it is expeoted this will be done prior to the departure of the Governor for Christohjroh on Thursday evening,
