Sib—ln looking through the list of cases disposed of at the R.M. Court, Carterton, ns reported in the Daily, I noticed my case auainat Mr A. Armstrong was omitted. The claim was for a debt, and lie confessed judgment and paid the amount with costs into Court, A case Armstrong against me tor an unjuat debt was duly reported, and I consider that Mr Armstrong, although a member of the County Council, should not be exempted. Yf.urs, &c., G. M. Gardener, [lt is not our practice to report ca«es in ivinch judgment is confessed, or which are settled out of Court.—Ed. W.D.]
