ENGLISH. London, Oct. 14. ARREST OP PARNELL. Parnoll, the agitator, has been arrested in his hotel at Dublin, under the warrant of the Viceroy, issued by his authority under the Guerdon Act, and is now lodged in the Kilinaiiiham gaol. Mr Gladstone, when receiving an address from the London Common Council, justified the Government's action re the arrest of Parnell.
