Wumate, Thursday Sept. 26th
(Before Mr J. Keddell S.M.) TBESPASS ON ROADS.
A. Williams was charged with permitting two horses to wander on the road at Glenavy. Mr Hamilton appeared for the County Council and defendant pleaded guilty. a fine of 10s, with court costs 7s and solicitor's fee 10s 6d was imposed. J. Welwood was charged with allowing 8 horses to wander on the Kookroad. Mr Hamilton appeared (or pbintift Council. Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 10s' with court costs 7s and solicitor's fee 10« 6d. CIVIL CASE 3. O'Connor and others v. Hendry claim 19s. No appearance of defendant. Mr Clement for plaintiffs. Judgment was given for amount olaimed with costs ss.
Several claims for old age pensions were considered and granted.
