Lord Roberts’s Reward.

London, July 22. The Hon. A. J. Balfour announced to the House of Commons that the Government would proceed with the Royal Titles and the Pacific Gable Bills, and with two estimates, one for a grant to Lord Roberts, in recognition of his services to the Empire in South Africa, and the other for civil administration and other purposes in the Transvaal. The Times believes that the grant to Lord Roberts will bo £IOO,OOO.
