Our Volunteers.

The Wairmite Rifles paraded last evening. Notwithstanding the inclemency of the weather, forty members paraded under Captain Barclay and Lieutenant Jackson. The corps was put through the manual and firing exercites and company drill, performing the various evolutions in a satisfactory miinper. The maker of the uniforms was in attendance to examine the uniforms, many needing small alterations. A meeting of the social committee was held afterwards.
