The Invercargill Accident.
In visiic.vßGiLiL, July 18. The jury found that the death of Ml’3 Snsyd was caused by a signal rocket fired by Captain McGill vray, and also expressed the opinion that the police showed neglect ,-ia not enforcing their powers. Captain McGllivray was charged with manslaughter and remanded for a week on bail of two sureties of £IOO, which were forthcoming.
