Four- thousand troops at Tientsin have stored for Paofcing-fu. - • ', The Emperor's edict mentionsonly Prince Ching and Li Hung Chang as negotiators. Prinoe Ching and Sir "Robert Hart had a meeting at Pekin. The Boxers are massing along the great canals. " , Dr Morrison states that the -Russians .hold an over-mastering position at? Pekin completely dominating the Japanese.
