DUKE OF SUTHERLAND’S YACHT BEACHED IN LOWER CALIFORNIA Received Feb. 22, 11.5 p.m. SAN PEDRO (California), Feb. 2.’. The Coastguard have received information that the Duke of Sutherland’s yacht Sanspeur has been beached near Cape San Lucas in lower Cali forma. The crew and passengers, who are believed to include besides the Duke and Duchess a party of six English friends, are reported to be safe. The vessel struck a submerged rock,
