NEW BELGIAN CABINET
M. PIERLOT PREMIER ONLY TWO FORMER MEMBERS INCLUDED Received Feb. 22, 5.5 p.m. BRUSSELS, Feb. 21. The Catholic Senator M. Pierlot has formed a Cabinet with himselt as Prime Minister; M. Soudan (Socialist) is Minister of Foreign Affairs; M. C. A. Gutt (a non-Parlia-mentarian), Minister of Finance; M. Marek (Christian Democrat), Minister of Public Works and Transport, and M. Denis (non-Parliamentarian). Minister of Defence. M. Hubert Pierlot was Minister ol the Interior, Social Welfare and Public Health in the de Broqueville Cabinet, from June to November, 19z4, In the latter month, following tiw resignation of the Government, he informed the King that he was unable to form a Cabinet. He was Minister of the Interior in the Theunis Cabinet, from November, 19.34, to Marcn, 1935.
