POLAND AND AXIS POWERS TURNING TO BRITAIN AND FRANCE PREMIER’S SECRET MISSION TO PARIS |Bx Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright) (Independent Cable Service.; WARSAW, Feb. 21. The Prime Minister, M. Skladkow# ski, has gone to Paris on a secret mission. It is expected that he will engage in talks with the military staff and also exchange views with France regarding the European situation and Italy's claim to Corsica, Tunis, and Jibuti. The Premier's visit precedes the journey to London which the Foreign Minister, Colonel Beck, is to make at the end of March. Well-informed people believe these visits are in conjunction with the signing of the new Russo-Polish trade pact and indicate that Poland is turning to England and France.
