GRABBING THE PROFITS
BERLIN, Feb. 16. Admitting that Jewish businesses had been taken over at a fraction of their value, General Goering decreed that purchasers will be taxed 70 per cent, of the difference between the purchase price and the real value, thus grabbing the profits for the State.
